These days, wherever you turn you're more than likely to see some celebrity or other releasing, launching or putting their name to a cleverly concocted scent or finely honed fragrance. In fact it's got to the point where you'd be hard-pushed to miss them, especially come the festive period, when many of us will find ourselves selecting a perfume to gift our loved one, thinking "which vaguely famous face does my mum/sister/auntie want to smell like?" http://lasmuestrasenelperfumedelafragance.blogspot.com/
These scents are sold on the idea that they reflect the vivacious, bubbly and warm [insert relevant but always complimentary adjective here] nature of the so-called celeb. And there's no denying it works; sales figures prove it; last year saw 8 of the top 10 fragrances celebrity endorsed.
As well as our perfume cabinets, is this what we can expect for the future of our wardrobes too? Kate Moss kicked off the trend back in 2006 with her highly successful range for Topshop and now it seems her famous counterparts are beginning to cash in on the idea too. This week alone has seen Dita Von Tesse, Rachel Bilson and Rihanna launch their forays into the fashion market.
