Tulisa Contostavlos is certainly taking her X Factor duties seriously.

The N-Dubz star appeared at the launch of her new perfume wearing a dress seemingly inspired by the colours featured on the show's logo.
Tulisa, 23, wore the Sixties style dress at The Perfume Shop on Oxford Street in London where she unveiled her new fragrance The Female Boss.

Perfect match: The X Factor's judge's dress not only comprised the colours from the show's logo, but also matched The Perfume Shop branding

The singer's black number featured red strips criss-crossing across the front and the arms, with white squares - an identical match to the colours used on the X Factor logo.
Coincidentally, or perhaps not so coincidental, her dress also matched the black, white and red used in The Perfume Shop's branding.
She matched the sleek, garish number with a pair of black heels and a stylish bouffant-esque hairdo.

Tulisa kept her dark locks off her face with a strategically placed headband, wearing a permanent smile throughout the launch.
According to its description, the north-London born singer's new perfume has a scent that consists of  “top notes of subtle spices, gentle rose and sweet jasmine to create a feminine floral heart. It’s not over-powering, but quietly confident, like Tulisa herself.”
Sadly though, the packaging and the bottle failed to live up to the perfume's description.

The bottle is an unimaginative purple colour, while the packaging features Tulisa pre-X Factor makeover with TFB (The Female Boss) in a glittery graffiti-style font.
Clearly excited about the launch, the star Tweeted yesterday: 'I'm launching my Perfume 'The Female Boss' tomorrow with a meet and greet / signing at the Perfume shop on oxford street from 3pm! Xxx'
Meanwhile, as fellow judge Kelly Rowland has been off doing ‘business’ in LA, her acts have had to prepare for this weekend’s X Factor ‘Fright Night’ without her.

Without her mentor to turn to for advice, Sophie Habibis is said to have grown close to Tulisa Contostavlos, getting performance and style tips from the Groups mentor.
A source told The Sun's TV Biz: 'Sophie has made no secret of the fact that she thinks Tulisa is brilliant and that she'd love her to be her mentor.
'She, like all Kelly's acts, was surprised to learn that she was going to be left high and dry this week. With Kelly over in LA and the eight-hour time difference she's decided Tulisa would be easier to talk to.'
Sophie and Tulisa enjoyed a night out at Whisky Mist nightclub earlier this week and were said to be inseparable.
The source added: 'They are like two peas in a pod — both young from a similar part of North London and both have a Mediterranean background.
'They get on like a house on fire backstage and are always gassing away like sisters. Tulisa has said she sees a lot of herself in Sophie.'
