Giorgio Armani have launched a new exclusive fragrance in their Armani Privé collection called La Femme Bleue.
In a bid to push the exclusivity envelope, it has been issued at only
1000 numbered copies worldwide, turning the new jus and its hazy blue
bottle into a de facto collector item. The fragrance was composed by
perfumer Serge Majoullier of Mane and art-directed by Véronique Gautier
who is known for her collaborative work with perfumer Jean-Claude
Ellena at Hermès. She moved in September 2010 from Hermès Parfums to
Giorgio Armani Parfums at L'Oréal who would have been attracted by her
participation in the success story of the Hermès perfumes....
